Warranty

Limited One-Year Warranty

SpotWiki, Inc., through it’s operating division SpotBrands, (the "Company") warrants to the original purchaser that this QuickPitch™ USA tent (the "Product"), is free from any material or manufacturing defects for a period of ONE YEAR from the original date of purchase; the warranty is not transferable to another person or entity. Condensation of water or ‘spot leakage’ situations are hereby not deemed defects as this type of fabric cannot be guaranteed to be 100% waterproof in all conditions.

The Product is designed for and this warranty covers normal consumer use of the Product. The Product is not designed for extreme conditions of cold, wind or high altitudes or other ‘mountaineering’ uses. Damage due to accidents, misuse, abuse, or exposure to extreme weather conditions, including substantial exposure to ultraviolet light (having the Product in sunlight for long exposures), especially at altitudes 10,000 feet or more above sea level, are not covered by this warranty.

If any defect is found during the warranty period and, on inspection and confirmed by the Company no later than 10 days after the end of warranty period, the Company will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the Product free of charge. The Company’s liability shall in any case not include acts of God including damage caused by excessive wind, rain, or other forces of nature. Any damages are hereby limited to the price of the Product and the Company shall not be responsible for any personal injury, property damage, punitive or other special damages by way of use of this Product.

Warranty Claim

Any warranty claim must conform to the following conditions: 1) the purchaser must email Customer Service at service@spotbrands.com or call Customer Service at 1-866-pop-quick (1-866-767-7842), select the Warranty Service option, and have proof of purchase available in order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which must be prominently displayed on the outside of the shipping box or paper. 2) Once an RMA has been issued over the telephone or via email, the Company will send the purchaser (via email, facsimile, or US postal service), an RMA shipping label for the purchaser to affix to the outside of the shipping box or paper. 3) Shipping must be prepaid by the purchaser---no CODs will be accepted under any circumstances. 4) For approved warranty repair or replacement, the Company will ship the repaired or replacement Product back to the purchaser via UPS ground service or other shipping method at the expense of the Company.

Except as expressly set forth above, no other warranties are implied, including but not limited to, any implied warranties, including warranties of fitness for merchantability or for a particular use and are limited to the duration of the warranty and the price paid for the Product by the original purchaser. Consequential damages of any sort resulting from a breach of any applicable express or implied warranties are hereby excluded. Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties and do not allow exclusions of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which vary from place to place.

Note: This QuickPitch USA tent meets the flame retardant requirements of CPAI-84 standards.
The fabric of this tent will burn if left in contact with an open flame - this would present a danger to users.  Further, the application of any foreign chemicals or substances to this fabric may impair or render the flame resistant properties less or totally ineffective.
